See what reader’s are saying about this book…

This author does a masterful weave of fantasy and biblical/life lessons that leave the reader to reflect on their own journey and ponder the spiritual aspects of the future.

Arron Steep immediately and artfully immerses the reader into the setting of the story with vivid descriptions and word pictures. The reader is transported to another time and place and is not only entertained, but challenged and inspired by the spiritual truths in the imagery.

The stories and poems in this volume show tantalizing glimpses into various realities. The stories left me yearning for further time spent in those worlds, particularly the forest of clocks in “Threshold of Dawn.” This collection’s atmosphere reminds me of the fairy lands of George MacDonald, or the Wood Between the Worlds in CS Lewis’ “The Magician’s Nephew.” I recommend this book for all those who remember the beauty of classic fairy tales. Enjoy with ambient piano music or minimalist Philip Glass-style compositions.

There’s something raw and vulnerable about being approachable and persistently curious into the human psyche of another. It is heartbreakingly painful to climb the mountain alone and coming alongside another, when possible, can echo the transformative yet transporting nature of when belonging felt so foreign.

Amaranthine captures a glimpse into a reality that suspends time without losing relatability. Tears of triumph when a connection is made comes to surface and yet it’s just the beginning for both the mentor, mentee, and the observer seeing the ripple effect of bravery in action.

Mentor is an encouragement yet intriguing display of human connection.
