Returns Policy

My refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. See below for the “Holiday Gift Returns” exception.

Downloadable, digital products are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return of a product, I require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (1) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. (2) Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Holiday Gift Returns

Sometimes things don’t always go to plan and I want your gifts giving experience to be perfect. That’s why if you’re not fully satisfied with your holiday gift purchase, I’ll offer a full refund on any orders between December 1 and January 6.

Cut-Off Dates for Christmas

It’s not just a busy time for me, but for all hardworking delivery drivers! Unfortunately, I cannot offer any deliver-by guarantees, but we can provide recommended holiday cut-off dates.

Orders submitted by December 12 will most likely reach the recipient located within the United States. As for international orders, the recommended cut-off date is December 5.

Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are included in the listed price of each product. Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date. The print provider’s location and the customer’s delivery address will affect the exact delivery date.

Rush Shipping

Unfortunately, shipping can’t be rushed or upgraded after an order has been placed. With so many orders flowing through shipping facilities, it’s difficult to retroactively enact expedited transit. During the holidays, everyone tends to want gifts around similar moments. So please note that during that busy time of the year, shipping will be subject to potential delays.
