Exordium 2.0

When I started my first blog, “The Rapport,” in August of 2010 I really had no idea what I was doing. I was in college at the time, and one evening of boredom led to the creation of an account on Blogger. That first night was drawn long and sleepless by a sudden, indomitable inspiration to write. The following morning in class my fingers were itching to get back to this newfound obsession.  I blogged intermittently for several years, caught between topics of angst-ridden romantic prose, reflections on faith, and the utter none-sense spawned only in college dormitories. The Funnel

How interesting it is on his journey to adulthood that so much of who I am and how I’ve defined myself is slowly changing.To spend the time and effort on things I once did has no become so meaningless. It’s like the whole sum of my identity has been pressed into a funnel, and only a certain quantity of who I was can pass through. Only so much of me at a time, and only so much ultimately.
